Print preview
To view your spreadsheet as it will print, either click on the File menu and select Print Preview OR click on the Print Preview icon
Next: To go to next page
Previous: To go to previous page
Zoom: To zoom in or out
Print: To print the spreadsheet (opens the print dialogue box, see below)
Setup: Opens the Page Setup dialogue box
Margins: Displays margin settings, can alter margins by clicking and dragging on the margin lines with black double headed arrow
Page Break: To switch t Page Break Preview. To switch back to Normal view, click on the View menu then Normal
Close: Closes the print previews screen
