deleting workbooks

Find the file to be deleted, wither in the Windows Explorer window or the My Computer window.

Click on the file once to select it, then EITHER click on the Delete icon on the toolbar OR right click over the file and select the Delete option.

If your file is stored on your local drive C:/, a message will appear asking you if you wish to send the file to the Recycle Bin. If you click on Yes the file will be moved to the Recycle Bin from where it can be restored if necessary.

NB. If the Recycle Bin is emptied, files cannot be restored, so care needs to be taken when deleting files from the Recycle Bin!
